Coaching Cultures was born out of a passion to help individuals and groups increase their cultural intelligence and thrive more fully in our increasingly multicultural world.

“There has got to be a better way to communicate!” 

That’s how frustrated we were, and time and again, as we worked with others who felt the same way. Maybe you find yourself and your company or organization at that same place?!

 

At the peak of Covid when in-person communication was extremely limited, the situation only got worse. 

So in 2019, after decades of experience in crossing cultures and working with people from across the globe, we created Coaching Cultures to leverage the power of coaching and cross-cultural acumen to break the communication deadlock.

The reality is that most of us think we understand communication, and we communicate fairly well - at least on a personal level. But how would you rate your group’s communication. Each person on your team has a specific set of cultural preferences. And when those are not identified or there are gaps in how the preferences align, effective communication is hindered.

 

Our mission is to give you the tools to identify and manage the multiple cultural preferences affecting your group’s communication. We will partner together over time to implement those tools in your work context.
