Coaching Cultures

We offer training and coaching in cultural intelligence (CQ). Each of us has our own "cultural shape" - those preferences deep down about how things should function. In work teams, that means multiple preferences at play - resulting in subtle tensions and lower productivity. By increasing our understanding of our "cultural shape" and the shapes of those we work with, we are able to create strategies to navigate varied working relationships for greater efficiency. We also get a clearer vision of the team culture needed to achieve our strategic objectives. And best of all, our differences can actually be leveraged into strengths for the good of the organisation.
